1 ) Santorini, Greece.
While I'm sure most people have Greece on your list of
places you need to see before you die. Santorini is extra
special to me. I've been in love with Santorini for years
now. Actually, I'm sure most people who saw Sisterhood Of
The Travelling Pants movies can attest to that. Ever since I
read those books, as a child, and then saw the movies. I've
absolutely needed to go to Santorini.
2 ) Sorrento, Italy.
3 ) Bali, Indonesia.
I'm almost positive anyone that's seen Eat, Pray and Love
movie added Bali to their list of places they need to see
before they die while they were still in the movie theatre.
If you haven't see it, watch it right now and you will want
to book your trip there ASAP. :D
4 ) The Maldives
I've been thinking about why The Maldives are on my list of
places to go before I die, and why they should be on yours,
and I've come up with two reasons ; Those amazing over-water
hotels are there, and there's -electric blue- water. Google
it. You won't be sorry. I personally just don't think it
gets cooler than that. :)
5 ) Paris, France.
Even if you think it's cheesy, there's a good chance you
want to see Paris just as much as the rest of the world
does. In all seriousness though, are there people who don't
have Paris on their lists of places to see before
they die? Who doesn't want to eat croissants by the Eiffel Tower and go to the Love Lock Bridge ? Surely those people doesn't exist, right ?
6 ) Cape Town, South Africa.
South Africa is a beautiful country and Cape Town is a
perfect example of that. While it's scenic and absolutely
gorgeous, there's so much going on behind all of that that
no-one-sees. There's so much history in South Africa that
you can go there for that while also getting to experience a
beautiful place!
Being in a life rut, or perhaps dealing with certain struggles in life can present challenges and if you're one of these people, there are some great things you need to do to enjoy life more and start living. Life is so short ,and none of us ever know how long we're given. If you're having difficult time, try these simple things you need to do to enjoy life more. :)
1 ) Spend time with people.
One of the first things you need to do to enjoy life more is
spend time with people that uplift you and enhance your
life. Laughing, communicating and just exchanging ideas and
passions with another is a great way to start living life to
the fullest. you will enjoy life more when you spend it with people.
2 ) Cook your own foods.
Believe me, preparing your own food is very healing. It
nourishes you and by cooking it yourself, it's a great way
to eat more healthy, and feel good about what you're eating.
It is also wonderful way to reduce stress. It also saves you
the risk of eating out for each meal, which contributes to
obesity, heart disease and diabetes !
3 ) Reconcile your relationships
If you have any relationships that you have yet to reconcile
with people you've had arguments with, one of the best
things you can do is reconcile with them. Reconciling with
people that have even hurt you is great idea to heal your
personal wounds, not just for the other person's benefit.
You don't have to apologize if you're the one that got hurt,
but contact the person and let them know that you're
regretful things didn't work out for whatever reason and that you wish them well, and mean it. Grudges only hurt you,
not the other person.
4 ) Get a good morning routine.
Did you know that people who have morning routines they are
most satisfied with are some of the happiest people out
there ? It's true. Getting up early can help greatly with
this, as it gives you more time to do few thing before you
start your workday. :)
Hey there,
Have you ever watched a movie entitle ' Into The Wild' ?
Well, today, I'm going to talk about that movie that I've been watched last 6 month , just after finishing my dips classes.
Hahhhaaa, how ironic , is it ?
Into The Wild is the happiest sad movie, in my opinion.
After his graduation from Emory University, Christopher gave away all his money, cut up his card credits, ditched his car, and went into the unknown by himself, following in the spirit of his favourite writers.
A turning point occurs when Christopher met up an old man who supports his quest, but ask him a question what exactly Christopher is doing and why he is so set on going to Alaska.
It's in this instance of unconditional love from a stranger that you see Christopher's true unwillingness to associate himself with people for any extended period of time, and you know his quest and motivation is true.
Sometimes, I wish I can live like him. I just want to leave everything surrounding me and explore the world, just me and nature. People would say that ' hey, it only happen inside the movie lah. ' but, ' hey ! Christopher did it! and this is a true story lah ! ' hahhaahhaa :D
One of the quotes that Christopher shared inside the movie is :
' ... rather than money, than love, than faith, and than fairness ... give me the truth. '
This is my favourite line inside the movie.
In the end, Christopher died alone. but, that does not matter. The one that matter is the braveness of him to travelled alone without any money and lost contact with his family. I would recommended to all my blog readers to watch this movie especially to those who on 20's something. It really shows you how to truly appreciate your family members , friends and your loved ones. :)
1 ) Culture
Malaysia is made up of a multicultural society that consists of three main races, the Malays, Chinese and Indians, plus the Bornean natives. There are always festivals to look forward to, and it creates such a vibrant atmosphere the whole year long, from Chinese New Year to Deepavali. And because of that, the people of Malaysia get so many public holidays. It's definitely one of the best things to love about Malaysia.
2) Food
This would be my favorite thing to love about Malaysia. You get to enjoy so many different types of wonderful food because of the multicultural society. It isn't really pure Chinese or Indian food - everything just sort of evolved and became more of Malaysian Chinese and Malaysian Indian. Roti Canai is not from India, just saying. And the best place to enjoy Malaysian cuisine would be at the hawker stalls amidst the locals.
3) People
It's really uplifting how people from different background can come together as 'One Malaysia.' They know how to respect others in result of living in a multicultural society. Almost half the population can speak the 3 languages that is commonly used in Malaysia, which are English, Malay and Chinese. Communication is obviously really important for a peaceful society. And the people are really friendly as well, especially taxi drivers. They can be great companion if you don't find them nosy and annoying, they're just innocently chatty.
4 ) Weather
Who doesn't love summer all the time? You get to enjoy the sun all year long and go to the beach whenever you want, never having to worry about the cold.
hai there!
this is my very first blog post. so, i feel a little bit awkward here... hehhee..
well, i'm not sure what is the best title to write for my first post.
But, this lately, i've been thinking about the Eat, Pray and Love movie.
It was such a very nice movie. you guys should watch it. seriously.
I don't know what about you guys..but one valuable things that i've learned from this movie was you have to accept that there's always a logical reason why God sent peoples surrounding you, to you! There's a quote inside this movie that i think i should share to all my blog readers..
" In the end, I've come to believe in something I call "The Physics of the Quest." A force in nature governed by laws as real as the laws of gravity. The rule of Quest Physics goes something like this: If you're brave enough to leave behind everything familiar and comforting, which can be anything from your house to bitter, old resentments, and set out on a truth-seeking journey, either externally or internally, and if you are truly willing to regard everything that happens to you on that journey as a clue and if you accept everyone you meet along the way as a teacher and if you are prepared, most of all, to face and forgive some very difficult realities about yourself, then the truth will not be withheld from you. "
enjoy the quotes! :)
